If you converted USD to ZAR but cannot withdraw it, check that the ZAR amount is available in your ZAR wallet and that you have an approved beneficiary account in your own name. Withdrawals can only be made from your ZAR wallet to an approved beneficiary bank account. If the conversion is still processing, wait until it is complete before trying to withdraw.
