You may not be able to convert ZAR to USD on Clarity by Investec. Common reasons include:
You do not have sufficient available funds in your ZAR Wallet.
Your Single Discretionary Allowance (SDA) has been fully utilised.
You have not accepted the required currency conversion declaration.
The exchange rate quote has expired before you confirmed the conversion.
