You can manage certain data preferences within the Clarity by Investec app through Data Policy Management.
The settings include:
Necessary Data – Used to support core functionality such as security, network management and accessibility. This setting cannot be turned off.
Analytics Data – Used to support the onboarding and registration process, provide digital guidance, and personalise your communication and experience on the Clarity by Investec app. You can choose to enable or disable this setting.
On the app:
Select “More” in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Select “Settings and preferences”.
Select “Data policy Management”.
Toggle “Analytics data” to enable or disable it.
On the website:
Select the settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “Data policy Management”.
Toggle “Analytics data” to enable or disable it.
