Yes. If your mobile device supports biometric authentication, you can enable fingerprint or facial recognition to make signing in to Clarity by Investec easier and more secure.
You can enable biometric login in two ways:
During your application:
After creating your password as part of the application process, you will be prompted to enable biometric authentication on your device. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate it.
From your profile in the Clarity by Investec app:
If you already have an existing Clarity by Investec profile, you can enable or disable biometric login from your profile:
Sign in to your Clarity by Investec app.
Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select “My profile”.
Select “Biometrics”
Use the “Biometric Login” toggle to enable or disable biometric login.
